Paul is a principal of Dering Consulting Group and a director of Avant IMC, a joint venture of Dering Consulting Group and Gannett Fleming, Inc. Paul directs the firm's strategic planning and training practices, leading a staff of approximately 12 professionals. His current emphasis is on developing creative methods to enhance learning, engagement and accountability through group processes.

Paul's career highlights include the development of the Memory Workshop, the creation of Business Writing That Rocks, and numerous large-scale training sessions and facilitations for top-level executives and leaders, including Pennsylvania Governors Ridge and Rendell. Paul considers his most significant accomplishment to be the trust placed in the Dering Consulting team by clients ranging from small shops to international corporations.
