The following project profiles reflect the variety of recent DCG work.

Leadership and Executive Summits
Facilitated approximately twenty forums across Pennsylvania on economic development. In an environment of dialog and decision-making, top government officials and the state's most prominent business leaders charted a course for the future of Pennsylvania's economy.

Strategic Planning
Delivered strategic planning, visioning, and goal-setting sessions for numerous professional societies and nonprofit organizations.

Management and Organization Development
Conducted an intensive twelve-session workshop for managers of a leading long-term care network. Managers tapped their own experience to advance the organization's mission of promoting the quality of life for the seniors in its care.

Led an organization development project to align the business strategy, resources, and decision making processes of a small manufacturer.

Partnering with Industry Experts
Forged partnerships with specialists in other fields to provide facilitation and training services for specific industry challenges. Working closely with a large transportation and environmental engineering firm, DCG designed learning experiences drawing on the expertise of recognized subject-matter experts.

IT Planning
Established partnerships with information technology (IT) firms to introduce a "high touch" element to high tech solutions. Facilitated processes to establish business demands first, and then make technology decisions with clear goals in mind. In this way, IT strategy sessions combine creativity and critical analysis for long-term solutions.
