Focus Groups & Interviews
Focus groups and interviews are excellent ways to collect data from individuals and groups. These are effective strategies to use during organizational change because people demonstrate a greater degree of buy-in to change when they are involved in the process.
- Focus groups bring a number of individuals together to reflect on topics and share their perspectives. In our facilitated focus groups, individuals are able to build on one another’s responses as well as to provide input anonymously.
- Interviews are used for confidential research topics, when data must be collected from a manageable number of individuals, and when data is needed without the effect of influence by others in a group setting.
DCG analyzes collected data to extract patterns and themes, and delivers a concise written report that includes quantitative and qualitative analysis. We often facilitate a discussion on the findings of the analysis.
