What should I do if I forgot my password?
Forgot your password? No worries! Click the “Forgot Password” link on the OnDemand Platform sign-in page. You will receive an email within 5 minutes that contains a link to access your account, where you’ll be able to reset your password. If you don’t receive the email within 5 minutes, make sure to check your spam or junk mail folder.
Who can I contact if I have a question while working through the modules and activities?
You will be assigned a Guide for your program. Their contact information can be found on your program home page. You may contact your guide with any questions you may have while working through the activities and modules.
Do I have to complete an entire module at one time?
No. You can complete the activities at a pace that suits your schedule.
Can I revisit content after marking it complete?
Yes. You can revisit any of the content in your program until your access to the OnDemand Platform expires.
Can other users see my responses to poll and quiz questions?
No. Other users do not have access to your individual poll responses or quiz questions. The polling results are shown as overall percentages from everyone that has responded. Only you and your guide can view your responses to the quiz questions.
Can other users see my responses to discussion prompts?
Yes. When you respond to a discussion prompt, or comment on someone else’s response, your name appears with your response. This is designed to create a sense of community and stimulate meaningful conversation about a topic. Always be respectful when writing comments. Avoid using names if sharing a story from personal experience.
