When lives are on the line, properly designed and delivered training is not a luxury but a necessity.
With approximately 2,250 deputy sheriffs participating in training each year, PCCD needs to be certain the lessons are hitting the mark. To ensure the value of training provided to these officers, we provide comprehensive evaluation services through our project partner, Temple University.
We survey every session participant, and provide specific feedback to help improve the curriculum, instruction and delivery setting. This way, PCCD can be certain it provides the highest level of preparation for the officers who protect their communities.
