Instructional Developer I
Abbey’s primary responsibilities include the development and graphic design of materials (e-learning courses, participant workbooks, instructor guides and other ancillary training materials). She also provides guidance and oversight to the company in the use of assessment tools. Along with instructional system designers and senior consultants, she maintains the core curriculum library in Dering’s OnDemand system. In addition, Abbey is responsible for the data collection, processing and compilation of several on-going training programs for outside agencies, resulting in periodical summary reporting for these clients.
Abbey holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
