A professional trainer and group process facilitator since 1983, Paul has facilitated several hundred strategic planning engagements and training workshops. His project portfolio spans the private, public, and nonprofit sectors, and includes engagements for small firms and associations as well as entire enterprises and public agencies. He has facilitated diverse stakeholder groups of over 500 participants. Paul’s primary interest is in finding creative ways to engage participants in learning, decision-making and problem-solving.

Interests
In his free time Paul enjoys running, riding, rowing, reading, hiking and stargazing. Paul currently serves on numerous boards and committees for non-profits, including the PA Parks and Forests Foundation (PPFF), United Way of the Capital Region, the Susquehanna Rowing Association (SRA). He also volunteers for the Astronomical Society of Harrisburg (ASH) and is a member of the International Mountain Bicycling Association (IMBA).
