Needs Assessment
First, we discuss your needs, based on your current bench strengths versus your aspirations. If you don’t have a competency model to use as a core talent framework, we will partner with you to identify your greatest skill needs and build a leadership competency and/or capability model.
Next, we map those capabilities to topics areas and courses that we have already built or can customize to your organization’s industry and workplace needs. We use several delivery methods to create a balanced mix of on-demand, virtual, and live content delivery, incorporating scenario-based learning, discussion forums, and group projects to apply the workplace skills most needed. We recommend deeper reflection from each individual, using our 360 leadership assessment and leadership coaches to develop a long-term individualized development plan.
