As President, Paul guides the consultant team in delivering high-quality results for our valued client partners. As a practicing senior consultant, Paul enjoys focusing on the analysis of client needs and design of solutions that drive lasting impact and shifts in culture. Paul enjoys collaborating with an organization’s leaders, defining the leadership capabilities that truly impact success, and then designing/facilitating engaging learning strategies to build those capabilities.

Education & Credentials

The Dering team has spent considerable effort designing and developing the Leadership Capability Model to better serve client partners. From front-line supervisors to executives, Dering supports leadership cultures that drive performance. Included in this effort, Dering has also expanded the ability to deliver leadership training through a wide variety of methods from virtual delivery to classroom to blended and TTT models.
