Train-the-Trainer
Many organizations aspire to launch an organization-wide program and realize the cost to have the entire program facilitated with consultant resources can add up quickly. We frequently support organizations on the front end of an enterprise-wide launch, then we prepare your future facilitators to learn the content, practice delivery and provide coaching feedback along the way to certify them. We also offer a train-the-trainer facilitation skills program that focuses on facilitation skills, classroom management, and how to educate others using sound adult learning principles.
