Individual and Group Coaching
During individual coaching sessions, we support our clients in their unique leadership experience, both in work and in life. Group coaching is a valuable solution where managers within a department or across an organization can learn from one another by sharing best practices and build a sense of community. In both instances, a coach serves as a trusted partner to help individuals gain clarity and take action that will help clients reach their full potential.
Our clients request our coaching services for a variety of reasons, including:

How Does it Work
Coaching engagements typically range from 6 to 12 sessions (each session is approximately one hour). Our coaches work with clients initially to identify specific goals for the engagement while working to remove obstacles that can hinder success. Through the process, our coaches will listen empathically, ask thought-provoking questions, and serve as an accountability partner.
